Qualification - M.Sc. Microbiology/Chemistry, Food Microbiology/Technology

Job Role - QA Supervisor (Meat) 

Minimum 5 years at same level in ISO 22000 certified organization
preferably Frozen Beef Products handling meat process and testing with
team of QC staff. Have training of HACCP and Food Safety Level-4

Job Description - Process Monitoring and Laboratory Testing for Bakery Products

Training experience - Minimum Food Safety & HACCP Level-3

Basic Salary /month - Maximum 4000 Saudi Riyal plus over time

Working Hours - 12 hrs. shift (Day/Night), 6 days a week

-Brief job description:
To ensure that the products manufactured in the organization fits the purpose and
meets the customer expectations, legal compliance and food safety and quality
requirement. To meet and maintain quality standards and reliability of manufactured
products. To ensure follow up of correct procedure for monitoring and testing.
Document the products test results and provide suggestions required to attain the best
quality product possible.

Brief Description of Job Responsibilities
To assist superior to manage and supervise all QA/QC activities with the team of Quality Controllers
and ensure complying all food safety and Quality management system requirements.
Ensuring to comply all GMP, Pest Control, Housekeeping and process parameter related with Food
Safety and Quality and to follow up all quality control procedures.
To update and improve and keep updated all procedures and check-lists based on current practices and
system requirements.
Detailed Job Responsibilities
Generate daily shift report & review Online Quality Controller records after each shift to
ensure accuracy and completion.
Provides Technical support to Quality Controllers and Production Supervisors.

Collects facts and specific information to allow effective assessment of quality and food safety
incidents and the efficient generation of reports and report to superiors.
To prepare all QC reports and submit to Manager.
To highlight Online Process and Line Food Safety and Quality Issues with Production /WH
and follow up for its corrective actions & ensure proper implementation of CAR.
To provide Guidance to Online QC for line and Process Monitoring.
To ensure taking correction / corrective action for any deviation observed during monitoring
and testing.
To prepare Schedule of QC for the respective line daily and weekly.
To ensure taking immediate corrective action for all non-compliance, abnormality observed
during monitoring and testing and inform manager.
To assist to prepare & review procedures and check-lists related to process parameters, food
safety and quality system requirements and keep updated them based on current practices.
To maintain all QC records related with food safety and quality system requirement and ensure
safe keeping.
To monitor, verify and validate the control points and critical control points and be active
member of HACCP Team.
To assist superior for root cause analysis for any abnormality, non-conformance and
complaints.

To carry out scheduled Internal Audits as & when assigned by Food Safety Team Leader.
To Monitor the weekly QA/QC Activities, Tasks completion & plan for pending activities &
report to Director (QA) and QA/QC Manager on weekly basis.
To assist QA/QC staff as a replacement whenever required for testing, monitoring &
compliance activities.
To ensure following GLP as per quality procedures.
To ensure timely & regularly verification & validation of test methods & test results.
To ensure effective follow up of test procedure by all team members.
To ensure having effective and proper communication with all stake holders including other
departments and external parties as approved by management.
Any other work assigned by Management based on performance and capabilities.
