* Bachelor in Commerce / Business / Accounting and preferably a Certified Public Accountant / Chartered Accountant / Cost & Management Accountant / MBA in Finance
* At least 10 years of experience and adequate exposure to consolidation accounting & finance functions. Previous experience in similar capacity in an oil and gas industry would be an advantage
* Knowledge of systems in a computerized business environment which includes MS Office packages, SAP or similar advanced ERP systems.
* Excellent people management/leadership and coaching skills
* Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to deal with diverse cultures, backgrounds and creeds
