Regional Project Manager

1. Responsible for the end to end project (E2E) delivery on the assigned Region.
2. Responsible and managing large team members.
3. Making project governance model, and process internally and externally, build and lead a team to implement it.
4. Responsible for E2E planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
5. Develop of project documentation identifying project goals
6. Manage the scope of project and control changes, achieving the project delivery KPI according to milestone such as Design/Permission//RTB/PAT/PAC and achieving the monthly KPI
7. Acquire resources and coordinate the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants in order to deliver projects according to plan.
8. Define the project's objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle.
9. Conducts a project evaluation review to assess the project's status.
10. Identifies and manages the risk and issues.
11. Keep customer in confidence/satisfied and do the needful in the best interest of the organization.
12. Prefer to be able to communicate in Mandarin.

Required Candidate profile
1. PMP Certificate Holder will be preferred.
2. Demonstrate experience in people management & Strong written and verbal communication skills.
3. Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential.
4. Reacts to project adjustments and alterations promptly and efficiently

Regional Project Control Manager

1. Project schedule management and control.
2. Plan, monitor, statistically, analyze and report project progress. Analysis progress and GAP, Provide solution to solve.
3. Leads in the War room, manage team and subcontractor, to achieve daily and weekly target.
4. Support to solve problem and ensure that goals are achieved.
5. Team management assistant, and another necessary work.
Prefer to be able to communicate in Mandarin.     
Required Candidate profile
1. PMP Certificate Holder will be preferred.
2. Project management, Rollout management, War room management, Subcontractor management, telecommunication project, Power company project experience is preferred.
3. Proactive, hardworking, serious and responsible, strong execution ability. 
4. Good at communication, able to work under pressure, work independently, spirit of team work.
5. SAQ management experience, SAQ experience, SAQ Knowledge is preferred.
6. Operates Microsoft Excel with high proficiency, exceptional mathematical ability (preferred). (Skilled in using function. Skills such as VBA can be used first).

CW Supervisor

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
Preferably License Civil Engineer and with Working At Height Certificate.
Preferably with experience and can Supervise from Site Kick Off Meeting, Site Layout, Tower Foudation Excavation, Rebars Installation, Concrete Pouring of Tower Foundation, Tower Erection, to Site Development.
Preferably Supervise Tower Erection Works.
Preferably with Knowledge in CW Acceptance from Voltage Test, Grounding Resistance Test, Verticality Test, Bolt Torque Test and Insulation Test to PAC and FAC.
Prefer to be able to communicate in Mandarin

Tower Supervisor

1 Provide regular internal and external progress reports and presentation.Respects all internal rules and regulations related to work, administrative tasks, reports and company internal order regulation.
2 Coordinate with SAQ team for handovers.Trouble shooting & resolution of operational issues of tower.
3 Supervision of Pile work, Mat Foundation, Lift core casting, share wall, column, beam, finishing work,civil work,tower  installation etc. 
4 Frequently site visit to guideline the tower installation,check the tower installation quality including meet the  requirement of design,all the tower test like Verticality Test, Torque Test, tower PAC test, and all other on site test.
5 Expert in tower, good knowledge in tower system: - Tower product site survey, Tower delivery, Tower foundation, Tower  test, Self support tower installation, Mono pole tower installation rooftop installation etc..
6 Familiar with civil work &tower work project procedure: Project design, Project survey, Project delivery, Acceptance testing, 
7 Prepare the total project implementation plan and comply with the real progress.
8 Coordinate between local partner's project organizations, production line, warehouse materials,service delivery groups and the customer.
9 Analyze the raised problem & initiating solutions for steeping up the rollout progress considering cost & quality in  the region
10 Perform other activities, accordingly to professional competences, on direct manager request

Civil Design Engineer

1. To Review and verification of Civil work documents such as Detailed Site Design, Tower foundation design, Structural report, as build documents etc.
2. To train subcontractors & ZTE engineers for CW survey and design SOW, specs, workflow, including new built site & Swap & Redeployed sites.
3. Review and give approval to DCP/SPT report submitted by subcontractors.
4. Review and give approval to site engineering designs submitted by subcontractors including site engineering, tower/shelter/DG/BTS foundation, grounding system and electricity system, etc. ensure to deliver the documents timely and assure the quality.
5. Review and give approval to structure analysis for building and tower submitted by subcontractors.
6. Responsible for civil part of TSSR/BOM/as built documents and structural parts verification.
7. Responsible for controlling additional CW work quantity and items and tracing design changes.
8. Other arrangement from Design Manager

Required Candidate profile
1. Be familiar with the implementation workflow of Turnkey telecom projects carried out in Philippines and be able to execute good quality control in all survey and design related activities.
2. Good at MS-Office (WORD, Excel) and AutoCAD 2D&3D(version 2004 or above) ,STAAD and STAAD Foundation operating.
3. Good communication skills and drafting skills, quality and cost oriented mind and hard working.
4. Candidates shall be familiar with relevant local and international Codes and Specifications such as  American Standard and Philippines standrad in terms of civil work and structural design, especially tower, tower foundation, antenna support poles, fences, etc on telecommunication base stations

Documentation Engineer

1) Responsible for document submission, tracking, collection and maintain the document record
2) Responsible for contract/agreement printing, signing, numbering,filling, etc
3) Responsible for related work assigned by leader

Required Candidate profile
1. Familiar with office software; English can be work language.
2. Strong ability of coordination and work under pressure.
3. Have the HR management experience or intergrated management experience, which will be better.
