Project Coordinator (Turnkey Interior Fitouts)
Should be able Prepare a Bill of Quantities, which lists the individual components required to construct the interior fit out project from drawings, Cost Specification & Bid submission.
Tender Management (Pre tender & post tender) Preparation of tender documents & Bid submission.
Preparation of milestone schedules using MS project, Excel & Word Power point).
Business development activities: Coordination with PM, Preparation of Presentations, site Reports, Tender Reports using power point.
Responsible for site surveying & coordination and supervision of sub-contractors for the interior design, renovation and fitting out works
Liaise and coordinate with customers, external consultants, vendors / sub-contractors for project management to ensure quality project delivery
Review and assess tenders ensuring all tender documents are received.
Daily monitoring of site progress, quality and safety.
Required Candidate profile
1 to 5 years preferably in the Middle East with Gulf Driving License
Should have reasonably good spoken and written skills in English. Knowledge of Hindi a must
