Roles & Responsibilities of Sales Manager
Achievement of Primary & Secondary Sales
Responsible for new and existing customers, market trend analysis, Budgeting and meeting budgeted figures.
Handling the sales channel of whole area, distribution network, appointing dealers etc.
Ensure efficient distribution coverage
Depot handling & future expansion plans
Ensure Timely order generation
Ensure Inventory Management
Stock rotation to avoid Expiry Products
Timely preparation of DSR, and other MIS reports.
Proper month end review with manager
Submission of Competitor reports on monthly basis
Manage provincial budget and lead staff to achieve provincial sales targets
Provide coaching and mentoring to staff via formal and informal feedback sessions to accelerate their professional development and improve their leadership potential
Analyze and leverage data to develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of provincial operations
Commitment to live and work in Angola (different provinces)
3-6 years overall work experience
Prior work experience in Africa preferred
Demonstrated interest in entrepreneurship, including the ability to flourish in dynamic, ambiguous environments and to drive work independently
Experience working in a high-pressure work setting
Desire to coach and mentor others
Good communication skill, local language (Portuguese) will be preferred
