  • Extensive experience in fondant cake making
  • Must have experience in french and american pastries and bakery
  • Must be comfortable preparing both veg and non-veg, including beef.
  • Follows high standards of food safety and sanitation
  • Experience in gluten-free and eggless baking is a plus
  • To ensure smooth functioning of entire kitchen
  • To prepare strategic action plan to meet the organization vision and mission
  • Responsible for innovative ideas and must be artistically superior in garnishing and making chocolates
  • To prepare strategic action plan to achieve the highest profitability in food production and sales
  • To constantly study and analyze the current market trends in terms of sweet delights and recipes and dishes in order to match the market forces of demand and supply of quality food
  • To gather competition intelligence by ways of visiting and studying the profit and operations modules of worthy competitors
  • To develop and standardizing new recipes and menus and come up with new garnishing ideas for the pastry outlets keeping in line with the current market trend

Front Of House Manager

  • Responsible for smooth functioning of operation in the Restaurant which includes primarily the delivery of food to the right customer at the right time
  • To handle all guest requests/ complaints effectively to ensure complete guest satisfaction
  • Must be comfortable serving both veg and non-veg, including beef.
  • Must maintain the highest standards in cleanliness, hygiene, and comfort towards total guest satisfaction by providing service which is the best in class
  • Reports directly to the owner

Required Candidate profile

  • Experience in restaurant/cafe/hospitality industry
  • Experience in preparing coffee and alcoholic beverages.
