The selected incumbent would report to the Corporate QHSE Manager based in the UAE and be responsible for maintaining the effectiveness and continued development of the QHSE management system at KSA and providing direction and support to its application on the project facilities, sites and organization in order to operate the business in a quality ,safe, healthy and environment friendly way.

Monitor all Project related to QHSE activities, Follow up for achievement of QHSE objectives and KPIs and ensure compliance with Company policies, client requirement and QHSE standards.
Coordinate Regular meeting with the team to review issues, trends and upcoming conditions/event
Develops strategies to promote employees adherence to company regulations and performance goals

Maintain the effectiveness and constant up gradation of an Integrated Management system.
Maintain NCR logs and trend analysis of QHSE performance indicators
Generates and shares comprehensive and detailed reports about team performance, mission-related objectives, and deadlines
Monitor and supervise all QHSE activities on site
Conduct and participate to vendors/suppliers approval /qualification process by conducting QHSE audits
Ensure feedback and implementation of experiences based on accidents, incidents through initiation and execution of "Lessons Learned"

Lead and participate in incident investigation and ensure high quality of all investigation reports.
Submit / compile reports required for various requirements and ensure ISO documentation and adherance to the same.
Establish, develop & implement QHSE manual , plan and procedures in line with company's policies
Ensure a program of audit and monitoring activity is in place - Visit operational sites on a regular basis.
Review all project QHSE documents and ensure compliance with Company Policies/client requirements and QHSE standards
Whenever required, Develop and implement activity hazard analysis, QHSE Risk assessments, Job safety and Environmental Analysis, Project QHSE plan, ITP, Environmental Impact Assessments and recommend proper control measures
Ensure distribution of all communication documents to personnel
Understand , adhere and apply QHSE policies, rules and procedures
Promote the QHSE awareness within the company
Required Candidate profile

Applicants should be aged 35 to 42 years and have the following professional qualifications/certifications but not limited to -
  • 1) B.E. in Mechanical / Chemical Engineering
  • 2) CSWIP 3.1 - Welding Inspector
  • 3) ASNT Level II - RT, PT, MT, UT
  • 4) Knowledge of Integrated Management System
  • 5) Internal / Lead Auditor - ISO 9001:2015.
  • 6) Safety qualifications / certifications like NEBOSH, IOSH,etc
  • 7) Have at least 12 years QA / QC work experience including at least 3 years of QHSE work experience is preferred with experience of working on Water Treatment / EPC projects.
