We have an urgent opening for the post of Storekeeper , for one of our leading client in Saudi Arabia for their ongoing Operation and maintenance project.

Minimum high school certificate.

Preparing the office stationary request and keeping records for the remaining items.

Keeping all records in electronic files and manual files.

Purchasing and picking-up materials from suppliers for the project if required.

Preparing time sheets for the staff and submitting to the account department.

Administrators the operations of a store. Receives, identifies and verifies Items & compared with Suppliers Invoices or Goods Transfers Notes received from Head Office.

Provides information to and assists Stores Management (Finance & Purchasing).

Maintains inventory. Uses inventory management software -ERP

Prepares purchase requisitions for the replacement of stock. Co-ordinate with Purchasing Department for searches catalogues to determine price and additional details concerning new items.
Makes claims with transport companies or Drivers if delivered Item has been damaged.

Maintains files appropriate to the activities of the unit, such as invoices, order number, receiving date, shipping date, etc. Prepares reports.

Is responsible for stock custody.

Verifies ledgers, statements and supporting documents.

According to requirements and established procedures, arranges stock. In case of emergency or in order to replace shortage material, suggests substitutes available in the store.

Maintains equipment and instruments. Ensures cleanliness of work areas.
