Senior Digital Marketing Manager - Advidi

We are looking for a dynamic and highly creative "Senior Digital Marketing Manager (eCom & Offline Retail)" for our upcoming e-commerce platform, existing retail pharmacies and new product launch (our own SKUs and other SKUs). Expecting a candidate with an overall experience in both people management and marketing (digital and retail marketing).

1. We are diversifying our team and looking for people with non-UAE experience and preferably Indians/ Europeans within the age bracket of 28 to 36.

2. Minimum of 5-7 years of experience. International experience apart from the candidate's native country is an added advantage. 3. Fluency in English speaking and writing is mandatory.
4. Should have experience in launching e-commerce website and new categories. Growing new categories and products in a consistent and sustainable way.
5. Experience in cross-marketing or cross-platform activities.
6. Candidates should be from Pharma, Beauty, Cosmetics, and FMCG industries related with e-commerce experience.
7. Should have experience in marketing related with both offline retail Pharmacies or beauty and related Digital Marketing activities.

People Management:
1. Should be strong in hiring the right candidate and the candidates should create their own team. An average of 3-member team along with the candidate and with minimum one female member.
2. Should have managed projects through third party Digital Agencies for outsourcing.
3. To collaborate with customers and vendors to get their insights and market requirements.

1. "Owning" Marketing (Online & Offline) P&L. Creating Budget for marketing, calculating ROI, getting management approval and abide by the budgets for all marketing and selling expenses. Optimize budgets and impact on the market
2. Plan, organize and execute Gaia promotions, set required KPIs and SLAs, leading entire marketing lifecycle. To launch and activate the e-commerce website, Product and Brand in GCC, starting with the UAE market.
3. Do Brand marketing and Trendsetting, be "the Marketing voice". Doing both online and offline "Go to market" strategies, discuss ideas and challenge management for the strategies planned.
4. Making Price analysis and forecast the correct price for a product in the market (for both our own SKUs and other SKUs).
5.Conduct consumer campaigns (Online & Offline) within the budget and according to the company standards.
6. Come up with innovative ideas and schemes for business promotion and use of latest technologies for marketing.
7. Online healthcare experience related to e-commerce or Pharmacy is highly recommended.
8. Ready to travel around the globe for meeting Digital marketing agencies and related business meetings. 9. Leading Digital Analytics, customer lead generation, reports etc.

Should have an Overall experience in below Digital Marketing skills:
1. Dynamic SEO, Social Media Marketing (SMM), App optimization and Ads.
2. Affiliate Marketing, Google and FB AdWords.
3. Lead generation using Sales CRM's like Salesforce.
4. Adobe Photoshop / Graphic Designing / Animation
5. Email marketing, Content writing & marketing includes Blog.
