We are looking for Office Manager for Ivory Coast, Africa location.


Responsibilities :

  • Serve as the point person for duties: Maintenance/ Mailing/ Supplies/ Equipment/ Bills/ Errands/ Shopping.
  • Liaise with facility management vendors, including cleaning, catering and security services.
  • Manage contract and price negotiations with office vendors, service providers and office lease.
  • Plan in-house or off-site activities, like parties, celebrations and conferences
  • Address employees queries regarding office management issues.
  • Organize the office layout and order stationery and equipment.
  • Partner with HR to update and maintain office policies as necessary.
  • Manage office G&A budget, ensure accurate and timely reporting.
  • Maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs
  • Assist in the on boarding process for new hires.
  • Provide general support to visitors

Desired Candidate Profile :

  • Proven experience as an Office Manager, Front Office Manager or Administrative Assistant
  • Knowledge of Office Administrator responsibilities, systems and procedures
  • Hands on experience with office machines (e.g. fax machines and printers)
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular)
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Languages(Priority): French & English
