We are looking out for SAP Project Manager

• SAP Experience: Minimum 10 Years

• Domain Industry Experience: Minimum 2 Years

• Qualification: Engineering background preferred

• Certification: Project Management (PMP, PRINCE or any equivalent)

• E2E SAP Implementation Project Management Experience: Minimum two E2E

• SAP Module Implementation Experience: Any SAP module

• S/4HANA Implementation Experience: Minimum one

 SAP Certification is Compulsory.

Job Description-

• S/4HANA Migration, Implementation & Support

• Managing day to day operations including team management

• Resource identification, evaluation, optimization & resource register maintenance

• Infrastructure arrangements - Laptops, VPNs etc.

• Project Plan preparation, review and execution

• Quality Management System (QMS) activities preparation, execution

• Share point Setup - Creation of Folders, Files & Access, documentation uploads

• Meetings - Daily check point meetings with team, weekly and monthly meetings with internal team & top management meetings along with client team as and when required

• Reports - Status reports (weekly & monthly) to internal management and client for on-going critical issues

• Workshops - Conducting educational workshops For internal team as well as Client team

• Audits - Process, Trainings - Co-ordinating for trainings to team (based on knowledge gaps), End user trainings & related manuals

• Deliverables - Milestones completion, Issues resolution within time frame/ SLAs

• Finance - Invoice preparation as per Millstones, FP, payments follow-up

• Hyper care support activities preparation and execution of Trigger Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) at frequent intervals, Identify the gaps and initiate corrective actions
