Mega Lifesciences is looking for a Business Unit Head - OTC to work closely with the Managing Director in a fast-paced environment that will offer the opportunity to learn and expand your experience and expertise.

Job Summary

As a Business Unit Head - OTC, your key tasks would be as below:

  • Manage the marketing team and develop activities for OTC products
  • Manage OTC sales team
  • Liaising with Business Development (BD) team for new product development and launch campaigns
  • P&L responsibility for the OTC division

Qualification & Experience

  • Bachelors Degree or Masters Degree in Pharmacy, MBA (Marketing) or any related
  • Experience of 10 15 years in OTC or Consumer Health portfolio
  • Sound knowledge of digital marketing will be an added advantage
  • Ability to lead and influence change
  • Ability to connect across cultures
  • Continuous process improvement orientation
  • Ability to plan and manage projects
  • Professional use of MS office

Skill & Knowledge

The ideal candidate must have fluency in the English language, good communication & presentation skills with team management capabilities. Adapting to local culture & understanding the market dynamics is needed. Optimizing limited & relevant resources within the country to complete the assigned and good coordination with various stakeholders is expected.
