Roles and Responsibilities

We are urgently seeking a Principle Engineer who is an SME in Salesforce Service Cloud, for our client based in Denmark. This role is based in Denmark.

-Work in product development squads to assess, bug fix, or implement new features.
-Delivering quality, enterprise-level code while actively participating in peer code and quality reviews.
-Provide mentorship and training to less senior engineers.
-Responsible for working with product development squads to ensure that quality is assured throughout the Sprint, avoiding unnecessary delays to release of product increments.
-Can create a technical design from Functional design/Requirement
-Able troubleshoot with debugging skills
-Perform Impact analysis
-Must perform configuration and customization

Required Skills:
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in developing and deploying Salesforce Service Cloud solutions
- 3+ years in a Salesforce development role; including Apex and Visualforce development
- In Depth understanding of cases and other areas such as Service Contracts, case management, entitlements, Milestones, Communities, Live Agent, and Knowledge base.
- Full understanding of use cases related to functionality for multiple interaction channels (communities, mobile, phone, email, web, chat, SOS/video channel, and social media.)
- Designed and developed solutions using Service Cloud automation (Flow, process builder, quick actions, macros, quick text).
- Experience working with Salesforce communities, Apex, SOQL, VisualForce, Lightning, JavaScript, Eclipse IDE, WorkBench, Data Loader, Ant tool, Reports and Dashboards
Experience with Service Cloud, Knowledge, Live Agent, Customer Community and understanding web services API.
- Evaluate JIRA tickets/ Epics/User-stories to convert functional requirements to technical requirements.

Qualification: B.Tech/B.E., Salesforce Service Cloud Certification
