Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or any related Technical field

Experience: Should have minimum 1-3 years of related experience, coordinates all the warranty activities of a specified service center, links the service center & the national warranty department in terms of warranty only

Major Duties and Responsibilities
Cooperate with the service advisors for warranty or goodwill approvals.
Send good will requests to National warranty department for factory contribution.
Ensure all data are registered on the job card.
Ensure that parts changed are stored correctly with the green tags.
Organize the warranty store accordingly.
Follow up with service advisors in closing all warranty or goodwill job cards.
Ensure that all the cash job cards related to warranty percentage from the factories are correctly charged and closed.
Prepares bi-weekly report to National Warranty Department & National Service Manager.
Follow up with the National Warranty Department for credit notes of all the claims.
Register all credit notes against warranty claims.
Ensure that minimum amount of warranty jobs / claims are under processing
