1. Minimum 8 to 12 year of relevant sales experience in the solar/power trading sector.
2. Having an electrical engineering background would be an advantage. 3. Conducting field visits to understand the scope of the project and feasibility. 4. Develop design specifications and functional requirements for residential, commercial, or industrial solar energy systems or components. 5. Create plans for solar energy system development, monitoring, and evaluation activities 6. Create checklists for review or inspection of completed solar installation projects and also having ideas about system installation and system designing. 7. Qualified in Business Administration is an added advantage. 8. Identify potential clients, and the decision makers within the client organization Research and build relationships with new clients. 9. Good Communication and Interpersonal Skills. 10.Drive the complete sales cycle for identified and new projects including lead generation, liaison, and techno-commercial negotiations and assisting in the closure of the deal.
11.Must be having an idea of Energy audit.
