Roles and Responsibilities

  • Design and develop applications, integrations, and custom enhancements with an emphasis on clean, highly efficient, well-documented code in compliance with company processes and policies.
  • Troubleshoots problems related to software applications deployed within the cloud.
  • Design, develop, and maintain workflow rules, validation rules, and custom workflows.
  • Identify opportunities for optimization, redesign or development within the platform.
  • Perform Salesforce administrator functions: user creation and maintenance, customization of profiles, security settings, data sharing rules, tasks, email service, page layout, etc.
  • Conduct relevant research, data analysis, and create reports.
  • Utilize most recent salesforce technologies for development.
  • Evaluate existing solutions and recommend potential Salesforce-enabled enhancements.
  • Translates business, and functional requirements into documented technical specifications.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 3-5 Years in Salesforce development and administration.
  • Valid Salesforce certification credentials.
  • Location for this position will be based in Tashkent, Uzbekistan. This position may require relocation.
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to engage effectively with business and technical tiers.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven knowledge of the software development life cycle and Salesforce integration
