We are urgently hiring for a Male Executive Assistant with Filipino origin for an MNC at Oman. Any graduate around 35 years preferably a Bachelor or Single and at least 7 to 10 years of experience working as Executive Assistant to The Chairman or Management of a big MNC.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners
  • Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
  • Manage executives calendars and set up meetings
  • Make travel and accommodation arrangements
  • Rack daily expenses and prepare weekly, monthly or quarterly reports
  • Oversee the performance of other clerical staff
  • Act as an office manager by keeping up with office supply inventory
  • Format information for internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, reports
  • Take minutes during meetings
  • Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
  • Organize and maintain the office filing system

Requirements:

  • Work experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant to Chairman in a reputed MNC
  • Pleasing personality
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Good command over English/ Hindi
  • Flexible / adaptable
  • Willing to travel extensively
  • Should not be working as Administrator or Coordinator.
  • Stability i.e. should not be changing job frequently

Work Experience Required: 7 to 10 years


Qualification: Any Graduate
