  1. Project Manager


As Delivery Manager you will manage one or more agile or waterfall projects, typically to deliver a specific product or transformation via a multi-disciplinary, highly skilled digital team. You'll be adept at delivering complex digital projects, breaking down barriers for your team and both planning at a higher level and getting into the detail to make things happen when needed.

Defining project needs and feeding these into the programme/portfolio process will enable resource to be appropriately allocated. You will be core to decisions that build high performing teams, where people are excited about the work they are undertaking.


Main responsibilities

  • Deliver projects and products using the appropriate waterfall / agile project management methodology, learning & iterating frequently
  • Work with the Product Manager(s) to define the roadmap for any given product and translate this into user stories
  • Lead the collaborative, dynamic planning process - prioritising the work that needs to be done against the capacity and capability of the team
  • Manage a multidisciplinary team
  • Ensure all products are built to an appropriate level of quality for the stage (alpha/beta/production)
  • Actively participating in the Delivery Manager community, sharing and re-applying skills and knowledge and bringing in best practice.

Skills and experience


Its essential that you have:

  • Proven experience in delivering digital projects and products
  • Proven experience using a range of agile and waterfall project management methods
  • Proven experience balancing multiple priorities and dealing with ambiguity
  • Understanding of the digital landscape
  • Experience in matrix-managing multi-disciplinary teams

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

  • Technical and or Management Degree
  • Project Management qualification (PMI, Prince 2, and MSP.)
  • 5 to 10 years Project Management Experience

2. .

  • Around 8 to 10 years of experience with min 5 years of experience in SAP EWM ( Subject Matter Expert )
  • Must be a Techno-Functional Consultant worked in Major projects as Independent Contributor
  • Ability to work independently as well as multi-task
  • Good Experience in handling technical solutions as a Lead, who shall drive the project
  • Deep functional knowledge of SAP EWMs capabilities
  • Strong Configuration Skills, Development Knowledge in SAP EWM
  • Effective in handling Unit Testing, User Acceptance Testing, Cutover Activities and Go-Live preparations
  • Experience in SAP EWM Post-Go-Live Support Experience
  • Should have Integration knowledge with SAP ECC modules MM and SD
  • Strong problem solving and conceptual skills including the ability to express complex technical concepts in business terms
  • Willing to learn and grow
  • Willing to travel


3 Dynamics 365 (Customer Engagement Plan / CRM) configuration

  • Design and implement Business Units and Security Roles
  • Configure Users and Teams
  • Create and configure custom entities, including standard and activity entities
  • Design, create and configure relationships between entities
  • Create and configure Views, Charts, Forms, Dashboards for both system and custom entities
  • Create and implement custom workflows, plugins, actions
  • Implement Field Security and Access Team Templates
  • Have good understanding of Dynamics 365 License Model


4. Dynamics 365 (Customer Engagement Plan / CRM) customization


  • Understand the Microsoft Dynamics CRM SDK
    • Understand Concept of Publishers
    • Entity and Data Modelling
    • Configure Business Rules, Workflows
    • Develop Plugins, Custom Activities
    • Working with CRM APIs, integration to third party Web Services / APIs
    • Experience with C#, oData, Ajax, WCF, Azure, Blob Storage
    • OOB Report and SSRS Reports (FetchXml & SQL)
    • Experience with Power Automate (MS Flow) & Power Apps (Both Good to Have)
  • Design, create and configure Solutions
    • Solution Management (Unmanaged, Managed and Patches)
  • Use form scripting methods
    • JavaScript, HTML, CSS
  • Design and develop modifications or extensions to standard Dynamics 365
    • Ideal to have exposure to Field Service App and CRM Portals
  • Design and develop web applications on top of Dynamics 365
  • Provide technical input in creating specifications when customizations or extensions to Dynamics 365 are needed (Solutions)
  • Support data mapping and master data import (standard CRM API)

Dynamics 365 (Customer Engagement Plan / CRM) technical advisory (Good to Have)

  • Support the migration of customer data sources (migration and integration)
  • Provide support and expertise on development technologies and environments
  • Provide work estimates that allow prioritization and assignments to be made
