JOB TITLE: RESTAURANT MANAGER


BUSINESS UNIT/ INDUSTRY/ FUNCTION: QUICK SERVICE RESTAURANT (QSR)


SUMMARY: Responsible for overall management of the restaurant and team. Achieve total customer satisfaction, team satisfaction, agreed sales target, profitability while maintaining desired standards of food safety and quality


MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS/ EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor in Hospitality or restaurant Mgmt.
  • Mini. of 5-8 Years of experience
  • Restaurant operations. At least 2 years as restaurant manager

DESCRIPTION/ Required Skills:

  • Basic food safety, quality, customer service, restaurant basic operations
  • HACCP, ISO 22000, Restaurant P&L statements, Customer service, Managing restaurant costs.
