Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock.

Update calendars and schedule meetings.
Perform other receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing.
Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries.

Required Candidate profile


• Good verbal and written communication skills in English
• Well groomed with good etiquette
• Proficient in MS office particularly Excel
• UAE driving license is a plus
