Functional Area: Sales/ Business Development
Experience: 7+ years
We are looking for an individual with an entrepreneurial mindset who can head end to end sales starting from Demand generation, Demand fulfilment ,Account Management and Client relationship management.
Should have successfully started the operations from scratch for Singapore region and made it profitable
Candidates who are currently based out of Singapore are preferred and should be open to work from home for initial one year
Should specialize in selling IT service/solutions & products to large enterprises
Responsible for key account management, new account identification, account mapping & mining, relationship building with CXOs, PM’s, delivery manager/head level
Should have created and maintained long term business relationships with existing and new customers
Created a healthy pipeline and developed new business strategies to generate Year on Year revenue Growth
Played a role of hunter and farmer effectively and efficiently
Should have successfully scaled up the territory with effective and efficient new logo’s acquisition in parallel with existing account mining
Minimum 7+ years of proven direct sales experience with focus on consultative and solution-oriented sales approach
Good understanding of the IT industry is must needed
Excellent English Communication skills
Willing to work in a shift as per the sales alignment respective of geography assigned
