Role specific skillsets:
Prior work experience in Fund Operations, Banking and Financial Institutions
Preparation and review of monthly accounting and MIS reporting services for clients, including on boarding, proposals and client relationship management.
Preparation of Electronic Prudential Reporting System (EPRS) filings, Capital adequacy and Liquidity position statements for the clients
Adequate knowledge of Dubai Financial Services Authority -(DFSA) (DIFC) and Financial Services Regulatory Authority-(FSRA) Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM) regulations
Preparation and review of DIFC Employee Workplace Savings Plan for the clients
Act as DFSA Authorised Individual for financial control / budgeting & reporting and compliance support for clients
Working knowledge of IFRS standards
Support in preparation and maintaining AML related Compliances
Identify, document, and recommend client business requirements for VAT compliance and assist with processes and systems,
Assist in conducting risk assessments and managing Internal audits according to audit plans
Perform and support practice management activities pertaining to client budget preparation, onboarding, billing and collections

To be tailor-fit for the above skillsets, you need to have,
5-6 years as Financial Controller (3-4 years in case of a qualified Chartered Accountant) with experience in Finance and Accounts
Good communication skills having good written and spoken English.
Excellent technical and systems skill.
Highly discrete and able to uphold the utmost confidentiality.
Self-confident and very proactive.
Prepared to be hands-on to achieve results and maintain deadlines
