We have an Excellent Job Opportunity for our Esteemed Client - Etihad Airport Services based in Abu Dhabi.


Manage daily operations of all Food & Beverage restaurants, including but not limited to bespoke solutions provided on institutional catering portfolio, plan and organize all the aspects of Events Catering including coordinating with other departments to ensure the provision of service that is of highly competitive standards to the utmost satisfaction of the customers.


  • Manage daily operations of their respective group of F & B outlets, offsite catering locations, and ensure that customers are provided with an excellent level of service at all times while ensuring that the entire portfolio remains profitable to the company.
  • Organize and participate in meetings with Events and Institutional Catering Customers, understand their requirements, and ensure that the services delivered are of the highest quality thereby ensuring customer delight. Assists the F&B Manager (Restaurants, Events, and Institutional Catering) in the pre-work for meetings with respective customers in proposing, and agreeing upon the menu, pricing as well as all the other Event details. Assist the F&B Manager to define and develop the requirements of Event Catering Customers, proactively communicate and follow up in developing a loyal, repeating event and catering range.
  • Collaborate with the Chefs, Commercial, Purchasing, Maintenance, and other internal stakeholder groups with respect to institutional catering expectations and locally manage arrangements for menus, food quality, budget targets, upselling a la carte demands, promoting banquet menus and promote sales.
  • Regularly visit all the outlets under direct control (1-3 geographical locations anywhere in the country at reasonable distances, depending on size and complexity of locations) to ensure that the quality of food and beverage, and service, are of the best standards. In case of new locations, outlets, and major events, on the actual day of the event, oversee the team, equipment, and menus to ensure that the site has been set up properly, the staff is allocated correctly, food quality is of the best standards.
  • Investigate and resolve location-specific complaints take corrective actions, follow up to recommend long-term solutions to ensure no repeat.

Education & Experience

  • University Graduate or diploma holder in Catering and/or Hotel Management or equivalent qualification. Should have significant knowledge in Food and Beverage Management.
  • Minimum 3 years supervisory experience if holds a graduate degree or diploma. Additional 3 years supervisory experience in lieu of tertiary qualifications in the relevant field, preferably in an organization with comparable scope.
