• Position : Sales Engineer for Floor Covering Products & Sanitary ware products
  • Department/Division: SB/Marketing Division
  • Reporting to : AGM Sales & Marketing
  • Location : Oman


  • Responsible for sales volume by maintaining existing customer base and increasing new customer base.
  • Establishing new, and maintaining existing, relationships with customers.
  • Managing and interpreting customer requirements.
  • Persuading clients that a product or service will best satisfy their needs
  • Preparation of offers and submitting to the clients.
  • Negotiating and closing sales by agreeing terms and conditions
  • Offering after-sales support services
  • Administering client accounts
  • Analyzing costs and sales
  • Meeting regular sales targets
  • Recording and maintaining client contact data
  • coordinating sales projects
  • Making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product will meet client needs
  • Providing pre-sales technical assistance and product education
  • Liaising with other members of the sales team and other technical experts
  • Solving client problems
  • Helping in the design of custom-made products
  • Generate Sales & Marketing Reports on weekly basis.
  • Maintain customer relationship programs and track customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated with marketing trends and competitors activities.

Job Requirements:


  • Preferred Civil & Mechanical Engineering Graduates
  • 1-2 years of Experience in Sales & Marketing.
  • Capable of reading drawings and schematics.
  • Good interpersonal skill & a team player.
  • Excellent Communication Skills Both Hindi & English.
