• Acting as a first point of contact dealing with correspondence and phone calls.
  • Managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments.
  • Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation.
  • Reminding the Manager/Executive of important tasks and deadlines.
  • Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence,
  • Managing databases and filing systems.
  • Assisting Senior Management in all Kinds of correspondences, reports, and internal and external communication.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  • Liaising with clients, suppliers and other staff.
  • Taking responsibility of accounts and budgets.
  • Working more closely with management of taking on some of the Managers responsibilities.
  • Handling matters requiring discretion and confidentiality, including sensitive matters in a thoroughly professional manner.
  • Understanding and knowledge of legal documentation will be a plus.
  • Person having shorthand experience will be preferred.

  • Graduate
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Fluent in English
  • Comfortable with computers MS office (Excel and Power Point)
  • Hardworking and ambitious

Salary commensurate with experience.
