What you become a part of:

The successful candidate will independently drive scientific promotions and prescription/OTC sales of general/acute therapy pharmaceutical/consumer healthcare products through scientific promotions to the network of our healthcare practitioners in the assigned territory within Angola

What to expect:

  • Contributes to the preparation of sales budget and drives sales to meet/surpass area sales targets by leveraging existing and building new relationships across the HCP and trade network
  • Formulates and drives marketing activities to promote products and build brands in the assigned area, in coordination with the regional marketing manager
  • Creates sales action plans for the assigned zone to meet/surpass sales targets on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis
  • Drive performance of the field sales force by supervising, assessing, and providing feedback in real-time to meet/surpass individual and team targets.
  • Cultivates and manages relationships with customers and key opinion leaders to improve demand, brand awareness and augment market share.
  • Follows market trends, competitor activities, pricing strategies, and reports to central marketing and sales leadership
  • Engages, mentors, and motivates field sales force continues to build a high-performing team

Essential skills, experience, and qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree specializing in pharmacy/life sciences and masters degree in marketing
  • Experience (5-7 years) driving area/regional sales within a multi-country, matrix pharmaceutical company
  • Self-starter with an ability to stay independently motivated and deliver the assigned mandatory
  • Experience working cross-culturally and cross-functionally with diverse colleagues
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
