The job holder is responsible to conceptualize, design and deliver C&B programs across Aster Pharmacy and also support in setting up structured analytics for the organization. Will work with the human resources teams across the region to review and recommend compensation plans, role evaluation, band structuring and support in analytics.

Key responsibilities -

  • Support in deployment of C&B programs such as annual increments and bonuses, benchmarking for sub-brands of business and employees spread globally
  • Support in managing Executive Compensation compensation fitments and benefit review
  • Support in managing global mobility of employees
  • Support in designing and implementation of Long Term Incentive Program for the organization and ESOP administration
  • Manage quality audits for global employee data in HR systems
  • Ensure data integrity and governance
  • Use current tools and technology for HR reporting and analytics
  • HR MIS across all functional areas C&B, Learning, Manpower Planning and wage costs
  • Statutory reporting and compliance
  • Structuring data for setting up structured analytics in the organization – creating data dictionaries, definitions
  • Presenting insights and recommendations to management
  • Identifying opportunities for automation and improving governance in compensation management
  • Improving existing platforms – highlighting gaps and areas for improvement
  • Evaluating and establishing new processes and exploring avenues for automation

Experience And Qualifications Required

Graduate or Post Graduate | Masters in Business Administration / Human Resources management (Preferred)

5-7 years of Compensation & Benefits, HR analytics, Business analytics or related experience

Certification in Data Analytics/ Business Analytics, | practical knowledge of Tableau, Power BI (Will be an added advantage) Experience

  • Strong team player - can partner effectively across HR
  • Meticulous nature with a strong eye for detail.
  • Highly motivated and a self-starter with the ability to manage own workloads, whilst working collaboratively with others within and out of the immediate region
