  • Manage a team of 250 plus employees
  • Manage the accommodation services for 10,000 plus rooms
  • Project management
  • Supporting the Front Office Manager in the daily business

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Drivers License is a plus.
  • A valid drivers license, ideally in Qatar or an International.
  • Hospitality, specialized in housekeeping
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written), any additional language is a plus
  • At least 8 years experience in hospitality, operations or customer service
  • At least 3 years experience in a leading position
  • Experience with larger teams of 250 plus
  • Knowledge of budget planning and cost controlling is required
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and problem solving abilities
  • Highly responsible & reliable
  • A hands-on approach is essential
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
  • Knowledge in project- and/or risk-management is a plus
  • Middle East hotel pre-opening experience desirable
  • Service focused personality is essential and previous leadership experience required
  • Proven ability to build and maintain good relationships with all stakeholders
  • Communicate thoughts, actions and opportunities clearly with strong networking skills

Ability to lead by example, believe in a strong team culture and set the scene for high performance
