  • Providing administrative assistance, such as writing and editing emails and preparing communications on the President's behalf
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work
  • Advanced skills in microsoft powerpoint, excel , word , google calendar and internet searching
  • Ability to work independently
  • Highly organized, presentable and detail oriented
  • Proven ability to arrange appointments, travel and meetings effectively within strict time deadlines
  • Ability to remain proactive and flexible at all times
  • Managing the President's calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters
  • Organizing meetings, including sending reminders
  • Discrete concerning confidential or sensitive information
  • Holding a Masters Degree in Business Administration or a relevant university degree
