  • Source potential clients and establish a good relationship with them
  • Introduce himself to potential clients and understand their needs
  • Selling off-plan properties direct from the developer
  • Ability to attend and make sales calls as per international time zones
  • Able to bounce back from rejection and solve problems creatively
  • Perform comparative market analysis to estimate property value
  • Develop and maintain a relationship with channel partners globally
  • Real Estate Brokerage Experienced (Minimum 2 Years).
  • Good personality
  • Aggressive in reaching monthly targets
  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Computer Skills, Ms. Windows & MS Office.
  • Excellent negotiator
