We are hiring for Techno Commercial profile for Technical Sales & BD portfolio in East Africa.


Responsibility of Polymers & Chemicals, handling Key accounts in East Africa & Exports Markets

Responsible for Sales, Inventory, Receivables and profitability.

Background :- Trading & Distribution

Principal Responsibility:

  • Delivers Annual Volume and Gross-Profit plans by implementing Sales Strategies to achieve the Volume and Profit Objective.
  • Establishes Sales Objectives by Forecasting; Projecting Expected Sales Volume and Profit for Existing and New Products.
  • Maintains Sales Volume, Product Mix and Selling Price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators and competitors.
  • Establishes and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition and supply and demand.
  • Responsible and Accountable for Developing and Executing Business Strategies to deliver growth in accordance with the Strategic Plans
  • Responsible for New Business Development & Territory (Market) Development
  • Proactively identifies opportunities for Sales Process Improvement
  • Responsible for Generating Sales Leads.

Educational Qualifications: Minimum Bachelors Degree in Science or CIPET.

Knowledge and Experience:

1. Relevant Industry experience 2 to 5 years.

2. Self-Starter with Sales background in Polymers/Chemicals.
