Roles and Responsibilities

Coordinating accounting functions and programs.

Preparing financial analyses and reports.

Map out the company's financial future. Identify and report areas of financial strengths and weaknesses to board members and key stakeholders.

Economic Forecasting

Preparing revenue projections and forecasting expenditure.

Assisting with preparing and monitoring budgets.

Maintaining and reconciling balance sheet and general ledger accounts.

Investigating and resolving audit findings, account discrepancies, and issues of non-compliance.

Preparing federal, state, local, and special tax returns.

Contributing to the development of new or amended accounting systems, programs, and procedures.

Preparing financial reports

Performing account reconciliations

Preparing tax returns

Performing other accounting duties as assigned.

Performing other accounting duties and supporting junior staff as required or assigned.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required.

- CPA/ACCA qualification - Minimum 8 years experience.

- Strong financial analysis skills.

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Strong organizational and stress management skills.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly with Excel and formulas .

- Ability to train and manage staff.

- Ability to work with little to no supervision.

- Have managerial/leadership skills and experience.

- Experience in liaising with auditors, banks, and other bodies.

- Ability to mentor and motivate other staff - Knowledge in Various accounting platforms such as
Tally, SAP, ZOHO, etc..

- Ability to keep up with latest financial trends, developments, and theories.

- Knowledge of finance laws, regulations, and rules.

- Ability to create and assess financial statements and budge .




- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required
