Responsibility

  • Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about company's product or service
  • Answer questions about products or the company
  • Ask questions to understand customer requirements
  • Go the extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
  • Promote and counter offer potential customer if they already using the similar product or service from other company.
  • Initiating sales with potential customers over the phone.
  • Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
