Roles and Responsibilities

  • Scheduling and stock taking of all the stores and warehouses weekly basis, preparing shrinkage report and present to management
  • Analysing the areas of shrinkages and suggest ways to plug the gaps
  • Monitoring stock movement from warehouse to stores and tracking stock transfer note, goods received note, purchase return note and confirming the same inward outward at the store levels
  • Rca (root cause analysis) of high shrink skus. Trend analysis of shrinkage.
  • Manage and supervise efficient functioning of inventory activities.
  • Maintaining MIS reports of shrinkage, dump and negative inventory.
  • Responsible for reconciliation of stock movement i.e. Rtv internal store transfer.
  • Doing the necessary adjustment of negative inventory against positive inventory.
  • Making stock transfer note of stocks transferred from one store to another and passing necessary adjustment entry in the system (positive and negative adjustment)
  • Preparing Month Till Date report of shrinkage on day to day basis and reporting it to the CEO

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Candidates with 6+ years of Retail Industry experience in stock/inventory control
  • Should possess good analytical skills and be able to find the gaps in stock movement
  • Should be ready to commit long term association
