1.He has to cut, prep and cook for 15 - 25 members for a Company kitchen, maintain hygiene and Cleanliness.
2. Look after the food supplies, and organize groceries as per requirement.
3. To assist in the groceries shopping.
4. To prepare the week's menu.
5. To prepare Breakfast, Lunch, Snacks and Dinner, and sometimes dessert.
6. The cook must know how to cook both vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes.
7. Know-how of Sindhi & South Indian cuisine, and preparation of snacks is preferred.

Job Location -  CONGO ( Central Africa )

Required Candidate profile

The cook must be a Non-Smoker.
IMP: Must be tidy and clean & must maintain hygiene at all times and must take a bath before beginning his work.
Must listen and follow instructions from the Manager or the delegated representative.
He will be provided with an apron and a chef hat, which he has to wear at all times in the kitchen.
Working Days: Sundays will be half day for the cook.
Since he will be living in the same accommodation as the staff quarters, he must be of calm attitude - no swearing, indiscipline, bad behavior will be tolerated.
Minimum experience of atleast 1 Yr .

The cook will have to perform a cooking / taste test as the first round of interview, where he will be asked to cook some dishes.

CTC -  INR 25,000 / Month - 30,000 / Month  if selected.

Contract term period  -  2 ½ yrs.
