Role and Responsibilities
  • Will be responsible for aggressive selling of Corporate MICE
  • Good product knowledge of outbound destinations for selling of Corporate MICE
  • Handle customer query and booking for exotic destinations
  • On tour assistance to clients, special focus on events and conferences. Catering to the clients requirements during advance travel and on ground management of the groups.
  • Selling travel products and tour packages (FIT / GIT / Adhoc / Series) in regard with leisure & holidays
  • Sourcing products and destinations to meet consumer demands for bespoke travel and sustainable tourism
  • Ability to understand customer requirements to customize itineraries for given destination
  • Receiving inbound / outbound customer sales inquiries and providing quotations, providing product / service information, support and pricing details in response to inbound / outbound enquiries, promoting the features and benefits of the organizations product/services
Preferred Skills
  • Must carry strong experience in International & Domestic destinations
  • Must have experience in Leisure, Corporate and MICE Sales
  • Team handling experience is added advantage
