Sr. Electrical Engineer (MEP)


  • Shall be having excellent knowledge and skill in design or design review activities of Layouts/section, HV SS Electrical SLDs, Earthing, lighting/ lightning, AC/DC calculations, LV Power, MV cable estimation, Fire Alarm System, SCADA / Telecom System etc. (Experience related to project execution and commissioning will be given more preference)
  • Shall have experience, Min 8 to 10 years of preparing techno-commercial Bid for a Contractor Co related to HV and EHV projects comprising of HV Substations, Smart Substation Projects etc., 3+ year Project execution/Management experience with having excellent knowledge in design of HV (132kV) Substation Projects and should have excellent bid winning record which evident by his CV.
  • Should be fully capable to study Tender documents, Drawings & Specifications provided by Client and to prepare layout of the projects
  • As candidate has to work in tender department as in charge of preparing the tenders (Techno-commercial offers) of Substation Projects, therefore, candidates with tendering experience will be given preference only.
  • Should be fully capable to study Tender documents, Drawings & Specifications provided by Client and to prepare complete BOQ of the projects to prepare Bids.
  • Should be fully capable to Prepare Consolidated Cost of the project including costs of Material, Labor, equipment & Project overheads.
  • Can prepare comprehensive clarifications from scope of work to send to Client.
  • Can evaluate manufacturer's techno commercial offers to assess price for complete scope by preparing Comparisons.
  • Can generate cost against deviations to the scope of works and specifications.
  • Can prepare Technical offers along with necessary submittal, Clarifications, drawings, Project Schedule, Manpower Resources, Project Organization Chart & other documents required by the client.
Can finalize P.Os for the suppliers of the awarded projects


Contract Manager / Proposal Manager - Battery Energy Storage System

He must have solid techno-commercial background and involvement in handling the several Solar PV technologies power plants and hybrid plants with energy storage. He should deliver the best outcome in tender management and project development specifically related to Solar PV projects/Energy Storage. He should be able to design and integrate battery storage solution as per the RFQ requirements. The contract manager is responsible for managing from pre-qualification stage until award of contract, then extend support to execution teams during the construction.
  • He must have proficient in Engineering, Project Development, Application/Tender Engineering and financial closure for Solar PV, Hybrid and energy storage projects.
  • Commercial expertize on pricing analysis, competitive intelligence, target price & value gap analysis for renewable & energy storage projects.
  • Highly Proficient in technical aspects of Energy storage technologies including assessments of life cycle cost and performance.
  • He should be well versed with PVSys analysis for PV Solar coupled with proper selection of energy storage system.
  • He should be able to engineer and generate an optimum BoM for the PV Solar and Energy Storage projects.
  • He should have depth in knowledge in the evaluation of various renewable / energy storage solutions to finalize the most optimum solutions to suit to client requirements based on the best LCOE.
  • Contract Negotiation, Knowledge of legal aspects and implications of contracts, terms and conditions, negotiation, etc to allow constructing contracts with minimizing risk
  • Industry knowledge / competitive landscape understanding at a transaction level.
  • Understanding on customer requirement & Translate into Extremely high quality Proposal, considering Laws & Regulation, Codes & standard.
  • An excellent communicator with good analyzing and problem solving skills & Negotiation skill
  • Review and understanding of Financial Modeling and Tariff estimation for Renewable / energy storage projects.
  • Knowledge in raising of the financing (debt and equity).
  • Close coordination with the wider Technical and Commercial team in the negotiation of new PPA, project finance facilities and project sales
  • A dynamic approach to data analysis and reporting and progressive, proactive, solution-driven attitude

  • Perform the overall project price estimation including equipment pricing and evaluation of techno-commercial proposals.
Power quality performance assessment and energy calculations. Run different heat balance modeling software. Work with plant modeling software to optimize plant performance.

Contract Manager - Wind Energy


Responsible for preparing the techno commercial bid for the development/EPC tenders for Wind Energy, creating new business opportunities for the company by providing support for Power Generation (Wind Energy) business during pre-bid/post-bid and proposal stage, contract formation and execution phases along with financial modeling of potential joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions. The Candidate must thoroughly review and negotiate, technically and commercially with the various Wind Turbine manufacturers to arrive at the final selection of WTGs. Review the complex terms and conditions with client and obtain management approval of deviations in accordance with Risk Assessment Guidelines. 

Support activities related to the sourcing, screening, analyzing, planning and development of a new business venture or a portfolio of ventures along-with wind energy business transactions and also provide overflow support in order to assure the highest quality and adequacy of the agreement as it relates to the services provided. Build financial models of power projects to support the executive team on decisions regarding pricing, scenario analysis, and capital structures. Run sensitivities and scenarios based on capacity, costs, revenue and regulations. Must possess excellent organizational skills, strong writing skills, a willingness to take initiative, the ability to work without significant supervision, and superior interpersonal skills. The candidate should gain an understanding of the Company's philosophy and approach to research and collaboration agreements with third parties, ownership of intellectual property, the desire to be recognized as a technological leader within the industry and exploitation of intellectual property assets

  • Responsible for creating new business opportunities for the company while also providing support for Municipal Solid Waste to Energy business where Thermochemical (Incineration, Combustion, Gasification, Pyrolysis) as well as Bio-chemical (Anaerobic Digestion of animal waste or agricultural waste or sewage waste) conversion processes are involved.
Preparation of RfP for process and detail engineering services; Evaluation of vendor's quotations, clarifications, Technical Bid Analysis etc.; Review of vendor's documents, drawings, datasheets, specifications and calculations
  • The involvement of the candidate will be during bid and proposal, contract formation and execution phases along with financial modeling of potential joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions.
