Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day accounting operations / Accounting & Book Keeping on Tally
  • Periodic Reporting, including variance analysis/ Cash flows projection / Statutory Compliances / Monthly closing / Inventory Control
  • Reconcile, analyze, and resolve questions regarding general ledger accounts / Company policy compliances
  • Ensure the accuracy, completeness, integrity & reliability of all financial info. and meeting the deadlines.
  • Manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs.
  • Any other tasks assigned by Management

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
  • Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment & ability to work in multicultural environment and under pressure
  • Organized, Creative, Commitment and ability to prioritize among competing tasks
  • Ability to use spreadsheets, word processing, operating systems, database and communications software programs effectively.
  • Advanced computer skills and proficiency in MS Office Suite, accounting databases Tally is must.
  • 4+ years experience
