Job Profile

a) Provide technical specification of the products to the consultant for the approval of the material to be used in the project.

b) Competitive intelligence - Market Research Studies, Benchmarking of competitors Product Range.

c) Providing innovative solutions to clients in terms of specifications incorporating companys products.

d) To insist on specification packages to developers, consultants, designers & customers so as to ensure that companys products are incorporated in designing stage.

e) Evaluate and suggest product and service solutions in line with client need and requirements.

f) Assigned work into members to make sure about delivery to design time quality and budget.

g) Application of the products concerning the terms and by laws of Government authorities

h) Responsible for specifying Building Envelope System with Developers, Designers, Architects & Consultants.

i) Provide technical expertise to the Contractors, Civil Engineers & Architects on Building Envelope System & solutions through product training, facilitating presentations & meetings.

j) Identifying business opportunities and developing new customers through Networking, referrals, researching and analyzing sales options.

k) Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.

l) Handling order inputs, enquiries, preparing quotations and ensuring follow up with clients for order confirmation and collection of payment.

m) Handling Technical and Commercial queries of Consultants, Customers, and Contractors.

n) Analyze & review the market response/requirements, Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities and competitors and communicating the same to sales team.

o) Work with OEMs for assured annual business with timely deliveries.

p) Exhibiting product at trade shows and attends trade shows to review competitors and customer base.

q) Managing the distribution channel network and coordinate with the dealers to provide backend support and supply of materials.

r) Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.

s) Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.


  • Good Negotiation Skill.
  • Experience in HVAC industries.
