Our client was incorporated in 1998 in Kinshasa to promote the various commodities and services from various global markets.

Roles and Responsibilities

The position would be responsible for:

  • Preparing financial statements, reports, memos, invoices letters and other documents.
  • Answering phones and routing calls to the correct person to taking messages.
  • Handling basic bookkeeping tasks.
  • Filing and retrieving corporate records, documents and reports.
  • Helping prepare for meetings.
  • Accurately recording minutes from meetings.
  • Greeting visitors and deciding if they should be able to meet with executives.
  • Making travel arrangements for executives.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Candidates should have minimum 1-3 yrs of experience in EA.

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or other relevant Administrative support experience.
  • In- depth understanding of entire MS Office
  • Ability to organize a daily workload by priorities.
  • Professional level verbal and written communication skills
