Role Objective :

Reporting in to the Clinic Manager, you would play an important part in delivering the Kaya experience to our customers with professional expertise.

Responsibilities : 

- Engage with clients; Prepare, deliver and take feedback on services delivered

- Cross sell products and maintain stock WITH THE OBJECTIVE OF achieving smooth clinic operations, enhancing client satisfaction and retention WITHIN the limits imposed by Kaya operations processes and local regulatory requirements.

- Given job description outlines the areas of work however member will be expected to take care of all the general responsibilities of this role

Experience :

- 2 years experience in a similar role, a flair for interacting with people and for delivering exceptional customer service

- Fluent in English

Qualification Requirements :

UAE: A Bachelor's Degree in Nursing & License to work as Registered Nurse/ Assistant Nurse with relevant licenses - DHA/HAAD/MOH

Oman : A Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, with a License to work as Registered Nurse in Oman

NOC from current employer

Saudi Arabia : A Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, with a License to work as Registered Nurse in KSA
