Roles and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for generating sales with existing customers and developing New Leads, Clients and Customers.
  • Promoting the company's franchise model for CIS Countries (Russia).
  • Promote and sell product and services to potential doctors within a defined territory.
  • Survey of the market in the Region on a regular basis to keep a track on the trend and demand of the company products.
  • Reporting any unusual change in the demand of the company product in the Region and suggest the pro-active action to the management.
  • Suggest for any new product to be introduced in the market.
  • Devising business Strategy for company product as well as other companies products.
  • Other responsibilities which may be required to perform as Head.
  • Ready to move in CIS Countries.

  • Excellent Communication & presentation Skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • To prioritise and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to build strategic and long term relationships.
  • Willing to travel across the country within the assign territory.
