Roles and Responsibilities

Sous Chef in some of the some of the World's best Indian restaurants. No 2 to the Head Chef.

Primary focus on cooking variety of Indian food, delivering superb taste, and plate presentation.

Unique opportunity for a talented young chef proficient in all aspects of Indian cuisine who wants to hone his/her skills in London, the restaurant capital of the world, which will recover strongly from the pandemic with the accelerated vaccine roll-out.

Required Candidate profile

Sous chef or Junior Sous Chef with passion for excellence and modern interpretation of Indian cuisine.


  • 7 years experience required in Indian cuisine with one of the top 5 star hotels Groups in India Good knowledge of both tandoor and curries from more than one region in India as well as sophisticated food presentation.
  • Used to hands on working on the tandoor and the range.
  • A la carte experience & exposure to regional cuisines. Good experience of curries made directly in handis without use of separate gravies.
  • Knowledge of Conti and Asian cuisine in addition to Indian and advantage
  • Proven leadership skills
  • Good Catering College degree.
  • 28-33 years of age.
