  • Ensuring the site meets or exceeds monthly key performance indicators and goals. Driving accountability for results by directing weekly business review meetings and identifying and implementing day-to-day optimization actions to drive improvements in conversion and margin
  • Owning the Ecommerce content plan and execution. Partner with cross-functional stakeholders in Category, Creative and Marketing and actively leads efforts to identify, prioritize, and drive the success of all content efforts. Ensuring all site content serves to meet stated goals, customers expectations, Ecommerce best practices, and SEO requirements
  • Leading efforts to define and implement new content and new site features, ensuring the experience creates an optimal customer experience, will drive anticipated results, and is optimized across all the device types.
  • Directing efforts to optimize existing site features including recommendation zones, on-site search, navigation hierarchy and faceted navigation. Identifying and implementing enhancements to existing features to drive improved key performance indicators
  • Establishes and cultivates a culture of test and learn. Owns and manages a test plan; continually identifies and tests new ideas with the goal of driving increased revenue per visit and an improved customer experience across all device types.
  • Planning ahead for all the major events and calibrating the plan across functions to meet revenue planning for the year along with appropriate brand positioning.

  • Advance planning and strategizing the ongoing model shoots with detailed focus on the mood boards and creative thematic stories.
  • Lead the competition monitoring activity with respect to range, promotions, pricing and new site features
  • Manages a team of direct reports that support planning, production, and optimization efforts in digital experiences.
  • Create and refine pricing strategy and ensure compelling product/value/quality relationship
  • Develop and continuously update underlying business processes and systems to ensure that the business is scalable for rapid growth
