Planning, coordination & monitoring of the TL project
Prepare salient features & project synopsis for the contract.
Review the contract & identify the project milestones.
Initiate project start-up activities with close coordination with Tendering / Commercial/ Engineering/ Procurement/Logistics departments. Getting project handover from Tendering and internal project kick-off meetings.
Prepare Project Execution schedule (In MS Project/Primavera).
Prepare, arrange and & submit initial documents such as Safety, Quality manuals, Project schedule, and Engineering schedule, Project insurances, etc.
Coordination with all in-house depts. such as Engineering, Finance, Logistics, Commercial, and Procurement. for timely submission of documents, Approvals, and delivery of equipment at sites
Coordination with client / consultants for all contract issues & approvals.
Coordination with site team for monitoring progress, execution issues, and mitigation. Ensure timely submission of project progress reports with inputs from HO.
Achieving Targets as per AOP, Timely Billing to the client, Timely Reporting. Periodic review, variance analysis and catch up plan
Addressing all documentation parts required at sites and customer offices.
Getting involved in the preparation, compilation, review, and presentation of project status to the Management as per requirement.
Conduct periodical reviews with cross-functional teams Engineering/Sites/Procurement/Commercial/Logistics
Capture and record delay events from all stakeholders and give inputs for EOT and other contractual claims
Desired Candidate Profile
The candidate should be having 6-12 years of project coordination experience in Transmission line projects.
