Roles and Responsibilities

  • Liaise with sales team to identify application of sleeves, direct pours and filters for steel and iron jobbing foundries and Boards for steel foundries.
  • Develop methoding application for identified casting with the help of methoding team.
  • Develop installation and application of Boards for identified foundries.
  • Conduct trials in co-ordination with sales team to establish the claimed benefits and the value generation.
  • Assist in bulk trials for methoding products and Boards as and when required to help regularize the business.
  • Help in resolving customer complains related improper product application.
  • Prepare product newsletter or bulletins to share the experience of successful application with the sales team to promote the products.
  • Assist regional sales manager in maintaining MIS, routine works and promotion activities.
  • Conduct customer workshop on proper product application to educate users at customers end.
  • Complete missions given by the line managers

Desired Candidate Profile

The job demands good understanding of metallurgical and foundry process of both ferrous and non ferrous. This would enable identifying opportunities and screening to prioritize.

Job involves creative thinking in developing connection and product application in difficult situation.

It involves closed interaction with customers purchasing, production, engineering and quality assurance personnel for developing long-term profitable business.

The job involves good amount of travelling all across up-countries and adaptability to different working conditions is essential.
