Job Responsibilities:

• Should be able to handle accounting and compliance of 7-8 entities in different jurisdictions. 

•Developing reports for top management summarizing the business financial position in areas of income, expenses, capital usage and cash flows, and coordinating the preparation of strategic plans, budgets and financial forecasts.
• GST formulation and returns.
• Monitoring budgets and comparing them with actual cost and revenues related to
• production, marketing and capital
• Monitoring and proactively managing funds position by proper control on AR & AP’s
• Product costing during new product development.
• Manage day to day accounting jobs.
• Liaoning with Banks and Govt Depts.
• Supervise the annual audits (internal and external)
• Monitor stock levels and perform inventory reconciliations.
• Finalizing BS and PL.
• Coordination for obtaining Contract License & Factory License, Displaying of
• Various Act in Factory premises.
• Coordination for Annual Inspection related to PF & ESI Factory Act
• Conducted by the Labour Department.
• Filing all Monthly & Annual Returns of Labour Department, EPF & ESI,
• Coordination for Licence for Factory Licence & Shops and Establishment Act,
• Fire Safety, Pollution Control Boards etc.

Skills Required:

• Candidates would be handling the Accounts Compliance for different countries like Dubai, Singapore, Hong-Kong Etc.
• Strong interpersonal skills. Must be able to negotiate and problem-solve.
• Knowledge of current marketing and advertising trends and best practices.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Proficient in programs including PowerPoint, MS Office and Excel. Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
