Roles and Responsibilities

  • Experience in Business Development and Market Expansion,Corporate  
  • Sales,Strategic Enterprise Client Acquisition &Account Management,P&L  
  • Management, Commercial Real Estate and IT Management, Experience in  
  • working in a leadership role with fast paced /hyper growth/early age start up  
  • environment.  
  • Responsible for overseeing all aspects of Sales, Business Development and  
  • Market Expansion of the City, Manage Revenue,Sales Target and other KPIs  
  • for the region, Driving 100 % Occupancy in the building through acquiring right mix of Startups, SME  and Large Enterprise customers, achieve revenue& profitability targets, ensure smooth liasioning with various cross functional teams to ensure timely delivery/handover of the space.

Key Deliverables:

1) Business Development - New Acquisions/Liasioning with commercial real estate agents/IPC'S Local Corporates and Potential Local Business Partners.

2) Sales Performance - Drives high conversion of all products through effectively following the sales process, ultimately resulting in a positive impact to the occupancy and profitability of the centres in the cluster and the country.

3) Business Process -Forecast and Report sales activity timely and accurately as per Sales Process.

4) Industry Knowledge - Develops a high level of real estate and territory knowledge within all the following areas: competition, industry segments, market segments, target companies.

5) Forecasting and planning sales targets and executing them in a given time frame. Managing customer centric operations and ensuring customer satisfaction by achieving delivery timelines and service quality norms.

6) Handling customer service operations inclusive of assessing their feedback, evaluating areas of improvements & providing critical feedback on improvements.

7) Maintaining healthy business relations with clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction matrices by achieving delivery & service quality norms.

8) Exploring business potential, opportunities & clientle to secure profitable business volumes. Identifying and networking with prospective clients
