1. Branch Operation -

Greet and welcome customer in a pleasant manner

Complete KYC documentation for each customer as per guideline

Comply with all compliance requirement related to the role

follow the instruction of their supervisor and branch in charge, or any other member of management as related to their duties

2. Marketing & Customer Management

Increase customer base through appropriate marketing / sales initiatives as per organization mandate

Ensure speedy resolution of all customer complaints in an appropriate manner

Desired Candidate Profile

Expertise in the core business

Understanding of all business and enabling function

Understanding of AML , CFT

Desired Language - Arabic , Hindi, Malayalam, Nepali, Urdu, Bengali, Taglog or French

0 - 1 year experience
