Roles and Responsibilities

1. Performance Management & Rewards

  • Facilitate the performance management process in the Concept office & Territory
  • Ensure communication and implementation of the performance management system to enable enforcement of the same across the Territory
  • Create a culture of setting goal, timely review and feedback among the senior employees and head of functions
  • Ensure objective administration of the performance appraisal process and accuracy in feedback collation
  • Ensure tracking of performance management and present reports on a regular basis to the management
  • Recommend employees for promotion in a particular year by identifying high performer and high potential employees on the basis of the performance management system outcomes
  • Drive the recognition framework for the business
  • Develop capability around performance and talent management process
  • Work on career paths, assessment centre and culture building

2. Talent Management and engagement

  • Drive the TM process for the business with rigorous Talent Reviews, IDP, HiPO development, career progression framework
  • Define and implement reward & recognition and engagement programs
  • Drive various employee communication channels (open house, skip level meetings connect over coffee, employee connect, Maximum coverage etc.)
  • IDP completion of all hipos with quarterly review rigor and progress reporting for each quarter
  • Drive interventions based on the people pulse survey results to enhance employee engagement levels

3. HR Business partnering

  • Introduce Employee Retention/Recognition Programmes such as Maxel, Employee of the month, Long Service Award etc for the Territories
  • Support KSA HRBP in Talent mapping, IDP & succession in KSA
  • Monthly employee engagement calendar rolled out for territories in every region
  • Hiring support to KSA
  • Ensure effective implementation of HR policies across the territory
  • Provide strategic support to Territory Heads for all change management activities

4. Amber

  • Remedial Actions based on Amber insights for Concept, (with regular reporting to CEO & function heads)
  • Take Actions to enhance participation of employees
  • Ensure proper and timely addressable of employee grievances

Desired Candidate Profile

Post-graduate degree in Business Administration with specialization in Human Resources Management from Tier A/B institute

8-10 years of experience in Human resources

Should have worked in a Talent, Performance Management role in a Corporate Office of a business and/or worked on these processes extensively in a large business

  • Advanced knowledge of HR processes/policies (Talent management, Performance Management Systems and Models, HR Business Partnering )
  • Strong with stakeholder management
  • Teamwork & collaboration
  • Influencing ability with strong conviction and confidence
  • Planning and Organizing skills
  • Eye for detail and passion for achieving excellence in designated area of work
